HERU 是ㄧ位來自 Dubspot / Ableton 的 DJ 他現在開始前往亞洲宣傳關於現場演出的知識和技能。

除了在台灣和亞洲 HERU 也展開各音樂講座

HERU 是 Dubspot 和 Ableton 講座DJ。

他會告訴大家關於使用Serato與ITCH的MIDI控制器

LA’s best kept secret is out….!!! Having just shared the floor with Radiohead’s Thom Yorke at Low End Theory, “HERU”—resident DJ at the monthly Ableton/Dubspot workshop event thrown by Thavius Beck—is headed to ASIA to DROP BASS BOMBS and spread some general knowledge and skills.

In addition to several shows in Taiwan and other spots in Asia, he will also be doing a very informal talk on what’s going down with Dubspot/Ableton and Low End Theory in L.A. and other spots in the U.S. scene at the moment.

He’ll also be giving us some pointers on how to use Serato with the Itch midi-controller (which will hopefully have “Bridge” capabilities soon).

Dubspot Intro:

What’s Dubspot!? Dubspot has become one of the foremost educators on electronic DJ production in North America. Their courses cover programs from Ableton, Native Instruments, Serato, Traktor, Reason, to Logic and they give extensive certification in production and sound mastering. They’re efforts have been spreading from NYC to the Westcoast (L.A.) and throughout other spots around the U.S.

This workshop represents an effort to learn about what’s going on with Dubspot, Low End Theory, & other scenes in the US and work toward establishing something similar here in Taiwan and Asia.
